Kristen Kutudis, LCSW
Life can be filled with ups and downs and finding the balance of it all can be challenging. My passion is to provide clients with a safe space to process how to navigate those ups and downs in life and our relationships. I specialize in toddlers, children, teens, young adults and families with an additional emphasis on parenting. I also have the unique experience of being a wife and parent to two children with Type 1 Diabetes and understand the challenges and emotions that come with the diagnosis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience. I utilize a strengths-based perspective and incorporate play therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques in my practice. I also have extensive training in infant mental health, trauma informed care, as well as accreditations in both Child Parent Psychotherapy and Triple-P Positive Parenting Program. I would be honored to help you and your family find the balance in the many transitions of life.
I have also been a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida for 11 years and love supporting registered interns on their journey to becoming licensed.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, walking, and snuggling my two standard poodles, Champ and Koda. My favorite thing to do is support and cheer my 3 boys on in various sports and extracurricular activities.
I look forward to setting up our free, 15-minute phone consultation! Call or text me at (904) 431-7724 to get started.
